The Immersion

Release, Vision, AND Momentum for 2026

ONE-DAY IMMERSION

Hosted at Angelique’s Home

January 17th, 2026

The Year of the Snake comes to a close as the Year of the Fire Horse begins in 2026. In Chinese astrology, the Snake is associated with reflection, discernment, and renewal. The Fire Horse brings speed, courage, and momentum. The energy you bring into this new cycle will amplify.

This immersion offers space to pause, reflect, and consciously choose what energy you want to bring into 2026.

Through a series of guided workshops, reflective practices, goal setting, and embodied rituals, this day supports clarity around what you are carrying forward and how you want to move through the year ahead.

The immersion takes place during the Capricorn New Moon, a powerful moment for intention, structure, and long-term vision.

Limited to 10 participants.

What This Immersion Creates

This immersion is designed to create clarity around what is ready to be released and what is ready to evolve.

This day offers space to step out of habit and autopilot and into conscious choice. To pause long enough to recognize what you have been carrying, where your energy has been scattered, and what now deserves your focus.

This is a full-day, in-person experience that is guided, structured, and intentionally paced.

By the end of the immersion, you leave with a clearer sense of direction. Not a list of intentions, but a grounded understanding of what you are releasing, what you want, what you are committing to, and how you intend to move into the year ahead.

This is for you if…

You want to begin the year with clarity rather than urgency.

You are less interested in quick inspiration and more interested in practices that actually hold over time.

You feel ready to pause, reflect, and choose how you want to move through the year ahead, instead of reacting to it as it unfolds.

You want tools and frameworks you can return to throughout the year when things feel heavy or when you need to come back to yourself.

You want practical goal-setting and reflection practices that help you follow through, not just feel inspired for a moment.

You want to spend the day taking care of yourself and being in the company of people who also value growth and lasting transformation.

You are looking for a way to anchor into the beginning of the year that feels grounded, embodied, and lasting rather than something that fades once January passes.

Your Guide

Angelique Marie

Angelique Velazquez has spent over a decade immersed in the wellness industry, guided by a belief that caring for the body is not separate from caring for the self, and that true well-being requires both physical intelligence and spiritual connection.

With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Angelique’s work is rooted in a deep understanding of human movement, physiology, and the nervous system. Her path has included years as a group fitness instructor, and ultimately the founder and owner of a classical Pilates studio, alongside her work as a health and nutrition coach and Kundalini yoga teacher.

While movement has always been central to her work, Angelique’s approach extends far beyond exercise alone. Over time, her focus evolved toward helping women rebuild trust with their bodies, soften their relationship with discipline, and reconnect with themselves through intentional movement, ritual, and presence.

Her work today lives at the intersection of physical practice and inner inquiry. Drawing from Pilates, nervous system education, spirituality, and lived experience, Angelique creates spaces where women can strengthen their bodies, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate a more grounded, respectful relationship with themselves.
